A lifelong West Aucklander, Donna has a strong connection to the community she has proudly called home for her entire life. Her knowledge of the area and her extensive experience in property management allow her to provide clients with practical, knowledgeable advice, while always maintaining a very personal approach.

Donna's connection to the property industry began close to home. Her mother was a real estate agent for 40 years, giving Donna an early appreciation of the industry and, more importantly, the value of building genuine relationships with people. Her mother's influence has remained with Donna throughout her own career.

Donna believes property management is about much more than the financial side of owning an investment property. For her, it is about caring for people, being there when they need support and ensuring clients feel that their property is being looked after with the same care and attention they would give it themselves.

With a calm, approachable and caring nature, Donna takes the time to understand each client's individual circumstances and what is important to them. She believes in open communication, being available when needed and dealing with challenges promptly and professionally. Her aim is for every client to feel valued, listened to and confident that they have someone they can rely on.

Donna also understands that a successful tenancy is about creating a positive relationship between landlords and tenants. She treats everyone with respect and fairness and works hard to find practical solutions when challenges arise.

After more than two decades in property management, Donna's experience has taught her that the strongest client relationships are built over time. She takes great pride in looking after her clients and their properties, and in knowing that the people she works with feel genuinely cared for.

Family is a very important part of Donna's life, and she values the strong family connections she has built over the years. Outside of work, Donna enjoys sport, going to the gym, keeping active and, most importantly, spending quality time with her family.

Donna is proud to continue her career in the West Auckland community she knows and loves, bringing extensive experience, genuine care and a people first approach to every relationship she builds.
